The short version

We collect what you type into the inquiry form so we can quote your job. We do not sell it, we do not advertise to you, and the site sets no tracking cookies.

What we collect

When you use the inquiry form, we receive the name, email address, date, service and any notes you enter. If you email or call us directly, we have whatever you send us. That is the whole list.

How the form reaches us

The inquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party service that relays the submission to our email inbox. Your entry passes through their systems in transit and is covered by their privacy policy as well as this one. We do not store submissions on this website; there is no database behind it.

Why we hold it

To answer your inquiry, quote the work, and keep a record of jobs we have booked. We keep inquiry emails for [RETENTION PERIOD] and booking records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Who else sees it

Nobody, beyond the services needed to run the business: our email provider, the form relay above, and our accountant where a booking becomes an invoice. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Nothing about your visit is recorded beyond the standard server logs kept by our host.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email matt@prompterscript.com and we will action it. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly; we extend them to everyone regardless.

Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
